Yoga for all with Pam Crawford on Thursdays 10:00- 11:15 am Mindful movements are guided by breath in a slow flow yoga practice accessible for beginners and long time practitioners alike. Traditional poses and meditation deepen awareness and create space to balance the physical, emotional, and spiritual body.
