Pre-New Year’s Eve Fundraiser

El Morro Area Arts Council (EMAAC) is hosting a Pre-New Years Eve Gala and Fundraiser at the Old School Gallery, 4009 Ice Caves Road (1 mile east of El Morro Monument), Saturday, December 30^th, from 5:00 to 8:30 pm.  There will be live music provided by Crow & Chloe (a duet from Grants) & Thunder Ridge (from Timberlake Ranch) playing Country, Rock & Blues.  Your $10.00 entrance fee includes coffee & dessert.  Food and drinks (non-alcoholic) will be sold.  There will be a bonfire outside with marshmallows to roast.  We are having a silent auction to raise money for repairs/improvements at the Gallery and to provide more programming in the future.  We have obtained many great auction items (around 40) including food items, stays at area Bed and Breakfasts, golfing at Coyote Del Malpais course (Grants), 100 gallons of propane from Ortega Propane (Milan), a private pottery lesson, jewelry, Navajo rug, artwork, small refrigerator, private concert by Dusty Anvil, rental of Old School Gallery building, load of gravel from C & E and many other items. You will be able to bid online for these items prior to the Gala at this website: https://givebutter.com/c/l5UUuI (will be live soon) and then at the Gala itself.  Online bidding will close Friday, December 29th at 8:00 p.m., so make sure you attend in person to bid on your favorite items.  This is going to be a great celebration of EMAAC so come enjoy a fun night of food, drink, music and dancing.   This is an indoor/outdoor event; doors will be open so please dress appropriately.  Hope to see you there!
